FS-YA200/300/500 Computer-controlled large-tonnage bilateral automatic feed hydraulic cutting machine (200TONS-500TONS)

Features:
The machine adopts typical three-beam four-column layout. It is full cutting with appropriate rigidity. The control system has high degree of automation and is easy to maintain. Working pressure, pressing speed, no-load
down and stroke of deceleration of the
machine can be set according to operational needs. Full cutting and pressing with fixed stroke is completed as follows: rapid down - slow down - full cut - return stroke- stop.
Construction
The machine is composed of the main engine and control mechanism.
The four column die cutting maneuvering of the body is composed of the upper beam, slider, table, column, locking nut and adjusting nut.
Automatic feeding devices on both sides are controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC).
The upper beam and table form a rigid truss with four columns and locknut. The slider is directed by four columns and moved up and down. Parallelism and perpendicularity between the slider and the table can be achieved
through adjusting the four adjusting nuts.
Fine-tuning
There is Fine-tuning mechanism on both sides of the work surface. The up/down adjustment of machine is in units of 0.01mm.
Process control
The machine is controlled by PLC and screen input.
Continuous processing
Sliding table can be programmed to move in units of 0.01mm.
Combination of movement of sliding table and the speed of pressing agencies can improve the processing efficiency.

Drive

Bilateral automatic feed (PLC program control, computer human-machine interface). Imported four-column mechanism improves the location accuracy of blanking to avoid excessive cutting resulting in damage of the knife mold and plate and ensure the stability of cutting.

Technology requirements

.Precise cutting balance can effectively reduce the loss of knife mold and cutting plate. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.2mm due to variable frequency buffer system.
3.The micro-inching equipment of cutting board enables that each cut will not be in the same location to ensure good cutting edge effect.
4.Bilateral motor automatic feeding mechanism can use knife molds of different heights on both sides at the same time so as to improve the efficiency by 80%. Human machine interface (HMI) regulation makes
the operation more humanity. Pressure and stroke parameter adjustment is controlled by touch screen.
5.Pressure is displayed and cutting pressure is controlled. Differential circuit is used for rapid decline.
6.Two-stage cut is adopted for multi-layer materials at the same time to reduce the size error at all levels.
